Upload Policy
Go to Policies
To perform the following steps you need to be logged into the site
Add File
Select the Policy Document to upload
In File description enter Policy Purpose
To update current Policy
Add File
Select the new version of the Policy Document to upload - it must have the same title and format (ie .doc) as the former Policy)
The site will automagically insert the new version with correct File description
