Policies are to be reviewed 3 years after issue. On issue or review of a policy the Board Policy portfolio is to update this review list. Approved policies are listed by category, with each category being listed from next review dates to latest.

Instructions: Update Policy Review Date

• • Add a New Item (for new Policy) otherwise update the current record

  • Policy Title: The title of the Policy

  • Category: select the category which the Policy fits under

  • Approval date: Board approval date

  • Review date: 3 years from the Board approval date

  • Status: the development status of the Policy
