Once a Policy is in first draft it can come off this schedule and be considered resolved.
It will then be found on the Policy Register
Instructions: To submit a policy request
Add Item
Raised by: Enter the name of the person who is raising the issue
Request Date: the date you are making the request
Priority: how important is the delivery of this policy
Working Title: your suggested title for the policy
Working purpose: what you hope the policy will achieve
Assigned Person: a Board member will be assigned to begin drafting this policy
Resolution: This helps us track the progress of this policy. If making the initial request - select REQUEST. Other states are Assigned - has been assigned to a person; Drafting - a draft is in the process of being produced; Resolved - once a Policy in in first draft it can then come off this schedule and be considered resolved.
